CONFIRM YOUR INCLUSION IN THE PHILIPPINE CONTINGENT.

1. Email your scanned passport (2-page spread where you have your name and photo) to kath@philskyrunning.com
2. Deposit at least half the participation fee (P29,000) on or before Mar15, to the BPI c/a #3191-0473-02 of the Philippine Skyrunning Association, Inc
3. Deposit the balance of participation fee on or before May31
4. Submit your passport (valid until 22 Jan 2013 or later) to Kathlene by end of June, for visa application

First-come, first served. We only have 15 to 18 slots for the contingent, as limited by the accommodations in the area. Note that this race is participated in by close to 4,000 runners yearly.

Our Schedule: (only one IT for all members of contingent)
July 22 Sun - Leave Manila, Arrive Narita, Train/bus to Fujiyoshida City
July 23 Mon - Practice mountain run
July 24 Tue - Practice mountain run
July 25 Wed - Rest/recovery
July 26 Thu - Rest/recovery
July 27 Fri - Race day
July 28 Sat - Departure

Participation fee of P58,000 includes all expenses except food.

Inclusions:

• Round trip airfare of US$550....if cheaper tickets are purchased, the excess amount will be reimbursed.
• 6 nights dorm-type accommodation near the race site
• Entry fee to race for 21-km summit race (Y2,000 will be reimbursed to those joining the 15-km Station 5 race)
• Round trip train/bus, Narita-Fujiyoshida-Narita
• Entry to race course for training
• Team uniforms - racing jersey and team jacket
• PSA services - travel tax exemption, visa application and processing, PSC travel order, accommodation and travel coordination, etc
